As a Wolt Market Content Specialist, you own a central part of the customer experience to drive conversion. You'll create and enhance the retail selection via the Wolt Market Catalog and execute events & promotions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop creative product content strategies to inspire and engage customers.

- Ensure content accuracy, completeness, and relevance for an efficient customer journey.

- Analyse customer signals to establish actionable insights and flag challenges and opportunities.

- Drive standardisation and automation across Catalog and Promotions.

- Collaborate with various teams to improve assortment and drive sales and conversion.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in dealing with large data sets and converting them into customer insights.

- Background in Trade Marketing and Merchandising.

- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and recommend solutions.

- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Fluency in English and a relevant local language.

- Proficiency in G Suite or MS Office.
