## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Network Development and Management to join our team at Blue Care in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in establishing the strategy, creation, direction and evolution of the provider network. This includes liaising with providers and conducting ongoing evaluation of network performance to ensure a complete, stable, accessible, well-regarded and high-quality delivery system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup and maintain provider network, including initiating and maintaining network providers for health services, administering credentialing processes, and establishing working procedures and control processes for compliance with service standards.

- Conduct briefing/training to internal staff and attend panel meetings/facility visits to ensure accuracy in panel system setup and administration.

- Review network provider quality, including identifying areas for improvement, providing recommendations to network providers, and monitoring network providers' performance within established service standards.

- Coordinate with different teams to maintain service standards, assist with business renewal and support on RFP/tender requirements, and manage service arrangements for health talks, check-ups or onsite biometric assessments.

- Assist in coordinating healthcare-related services to enhance customer satisfaction and participate in projects relating to service enhancement or new business initiatives.

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Studies, Health Administration or relevant disciplines.

- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry.

- Registered nurse is preferred.

- Customer service and presentation experience required.

- Strong business communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of healthcare billing and medical terminology.

- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
