Your tasks will include:

- Advisory, conception, and implementation of comprehensive maintenance and asset management processes in the SAP environment - especially with SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM

- Transformation of existing maintenance and ERP landscapes (e.g., SAP ECC PM) to modern, integrated S/4HANA-based EAM solutions

- Analysis and optimization of maintenance strategies on a strategic, tactical, and operational level

- Conception and implementation of innovative use cases in the EAM environment, such as condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or AI-based maintenance strategies

- Accompaniment of presales activities in the PM and EAM environment - from cost estimates and calculations to support in creating offers

- Participation in the steering of SAP transformation and implementation projects, as well as - depending on experience and interest - taking over partial project responsibility

To be well-equipped for your path as a Senior Consultant SAP PM / EAM (all genders), you bring the following qualifications:

- Completed studies and at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a focus on SAP PM/EAM

- Expertise in customizing the SAP solution component Plant Maintenance or Enterprise Asset Management in the S/4HANA environment, as well as ideally development knowledge. Additional knowledge of SAP CS or SAP S/4HANA Service is advantageous

- Passion for professional and strategic leadership and the expansion of partnerships

- Your way of working is characterized by the convincing appearance as a trusted advisor and MHP representative - both at the customer and internally at MHP

Important information before departure:

- Start: after agreement - always at the beginning of a month

- Working hours: full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days

- Employment relationship: indefinite

- Field: Consulting

- Language: secure German and English

- Flexibility and willingness to travel
