## Description

This role manages Packaging I&R projects, LEP/LTOs, and PCR related developments, ensuring compliance, commercial viability, and on-time delivery across a diverse portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage packaging projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring OTIF (On-Time In Full) quality and FTR (First Time Right)

- Develop and execute LEP/LTO projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Administer Artwork Management System for demand side and federal regulatory layers on labels (CPCB, FSSAI, LM acts)

- Approve Packaging BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement)

- Track and deliver pre-agreed PCR related KPIs

**Requirements:**

- Graduate engineer/B Pharm/B.DES with Post Graduation in Packaging

- 7-10 years of relevant experience

- Fairly independent decision-making skills, with ability to consult with LM/Projects manager and other stakeholders

- Business-centric, impactful, objective, and actionable recommendations expected
