## Description

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This role involves working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment to deliver high-quality products on a time-sensitive basis.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain software applications

- Assist clients with issues and special projects

- Analyze and explain portfolio performance results

- Conduct account level reconciliation and resolve breaks

- Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements

- Consolidate data from multiple sources

- Provide accurate and timely statements and data entry

- Generate reports as needed

- Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues

- Develop and strengthen client relationships

- Maintain software maintenance, system setup and configuration

- Prioritize individual and communal work to meet project deadlines

- Establish operational effectiveness through policies, procedures, and controls

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field

- Excellent customer relations skills

- Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships

- Proactive assessment and action on client and company needs

- Well-organized and self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable with technology, software tools, and applications

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, basic knowledge of database concepts

- Knowledge of liquid investments, performance reporting calculations, and portfolio management

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Collaboration and ability to thrive in a team environment

The role offers flexible working arrangements, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote work per week.
