We are looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Downtown Atlanta or Alpharetta to join its growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle mostly motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs.

Responsibilities:

- Handle litigation cases on a day-to-day basis

- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guide clients through the case process

- Interact with expert witnesses and prepare reports and affidavits

- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
