As a Biomarker Data Scientist, you will apply advanced statistical methods to clinical and biomarker studies, driving exploratory and confirmatory biomarker analyses across clinical trials, omics, and real-world data.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities:**

- Apply advanced statistical methods to clinical and biomarker studies

- Drive exploratory and confirmatory biomarker analyses across clinical trials, omics, and real-world data

- Explore, prototype, and validate innovative analytical methods

- Shape statistical strategy by contributing to analysis plans, study protocols, and sample size calculations

- Streamline and automate biomarker analyses and reporting outputs

- Develop and maintain analytical code, pipelines, tools, and prototype applications

- Create training materials on statistical and machine learning methods

- Take ownership of quantitative tasks while working with cross-functional partners

**Who You Are:**

- Hold an MSc or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, bioinformatics, or a related field

- Bring several years of hands-on data science experience in pharma, biotech, or a comparable highly regulated environment

- Combine strong programming skills in R and/or Python with solid SQL knowledge and hands-on experience in reproducible data preparation, analysis, modeling, and machine learning workflows

- Have a strong track record of working with large, complex datasets

- Understand software design principles and know how to build reproducible analysis workflows and model pipelines
