## Description

WSP is seeking a Senior Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Senior Structural Engineer to join their Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team in New England.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is new to people leadership and interested in becoming a Team Leader. The successful candidate will work on a variety of inspection-related projects, perform professional structural engineering work and inspections, and assist in the preparation of Bridge & Tunnel Load Ratings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with the Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team on inspection-related projects

- Leading bridge, tunnel, and ancillary inspections

- Performing professional structural engineering work and inspections

- Assisting in the preparation of Bridge & Tunnel Load Ratings

- Developing plans and sketches using AutoCAD

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Providing guidance and training to entry-level engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent

- 10+ years of experience in bridge, tunnel, or ancillary inspection or design

- A Professional Engineer's license

- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and lead junior team members

The expected salary range for this position is $121,100 - $180,000.
