## Description

We are seeking a Facilities Officer to join our team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will report to the Facilities Supervisor/Manager and support the delivery of day-to-day facilities services across designated Trust sites.

The postholder will act as the first point of contact for facilities enquiries and co-ordinate the response. They will work with contractors and suppliers, carry out regular site inspections, and support statutory and NHS compliance, health and safety, cleaning, waste and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification ideally in Facilities Management or related subject

- At least two years' experience working in Facilities or Property Management

- Experience of managing both outsourced and directly employed staff to provide an integrated service and seamless customer experience

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

- IOSH Working Safely

- Customer Service qualification

- Experience of working in the NHS

The salary for this role is £29,812 to £32,715 a year, including Fringe HCAS. This is a permanent, full-time position.
