## Description

We are seeking a Perioperative Practitioner to join our team at Spire Wellesley in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you will work in a modern and supportive environment, developing your clinical skills across various specialisms.

The role involves working in one of our three operating theatres, which are busy throughout the day, with a diverse workload. We prefer our theatre staff to be multi-skilled, able to work across scrub, anaesthetics, and/or recovery.

Responsibilities:

- Working as a Scrub Theatre Practitioner in a fast-paced environment

- Developing your clinical skills across various specialisms, including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, and ENT

- Collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

- NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions

- Minimum of 1 year's scrub experience

- SFA desirable

- Compassionate with excellent patient care skills

- Strong communication skills
