## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Chester as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders fast using our tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues

- Delivering quality under pressure while focusing on delivering five-star service

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly and working where needed with pace

The working pattern is part-time, with shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 11:00-16:15. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
