## Description

Our Beacon program is seeking a highly experienced Desk Officer, with Spanish language skills, to support our mission to counter global threats.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations.

You will be responsible for providing analytical support to operational personnel, managing and tracking cases, and conducting research and analysis to inform operational decisions.

**Requirements:**

- Possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without this clearance will be disqualified.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.

- At least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis.

- Spanish language proficiency level 3 or higher.

- Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

**Experience:**

- Supporting complex operations or programs.

- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Working in a global or regional context.

- Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism.

**Skills:**

- Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis.

- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

- Ability to prioritise competing requirements and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency with standard office software and databases.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

**Knowledge:**

- Knowledge of Intelligence Community operations and best practices.

- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities.

- Ability to exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions.

- Ability to analyse complex information and prioritise effectively.

The pay range for this role is $92,300.00 - $166,850.00.
