## Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for a product or subset of capabilities within a product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market trends.

The successful candidate will manage the execution of product priorities, maintain conceptual and technical integrity of the product capability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize product value and impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define the product vision and priorities aligning with business needs and representing the voice of the customer

- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions

- Translate business needs into clearly defined and prioritized backlog with user stories, defects, enablers, and acceptance criteria

- Accept user stories as done, including validation of the stories meeting acceptance criteria

- Partner with the Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement

- Assist in ensuring compliance with InfoSec, legal, and data privacy standards

- Participate in synchronization ceremonies, iteration retrospectives, and team meetings

- Oversee and track key team performance metrics, KPIs, and objectives and key results (OKRs)

- Collaborate with business owners and other stakeholders to define product goals, success metrics, and roadmap priorities

- Be financially responsible for the product or product capabilities

**Requirements:**

- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject

- 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role

- Experience in managing a product backlog/release plan and tracking team-level metrics

- Proven ability to define product roadmaps and manage backlogs

- Experience in solving problems and delivering outcomes through high-performing, cross-functional teams

- Experience in managing systems and tools to enable user interactions and collaboration

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in leading cross-functional self-organized project/product teams

- Experience in leading a product development lifecycle using design thinking techniques
