## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer to provide comprehensive solutions for sophisticated installations, maintenance, or operations of groundbreaking networking products. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with technical questions, debugging, and resolving issues.

**Responsibilities:**

- Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues related to NVIDIA InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU Technology

- Respond to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email, or conference calls

- Participate in multi-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing regarding product requirements and customer experience

- Develop, redefine, and document standard methodologies for support processes and improvements

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of in-depth customer support and debugging experience focused on large-scale networking and AI Infrastructure environments and products

- Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent experience)

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

- Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team-oriented

**Preferred Skills:**

- Knowledge and working experience with InfiniBand, RDMA/RoCEv2, and GPU Technology

- Clustering or HPC Data-Center technologies including Upper Layer Protocols (i.e., NCCL, MPI, Slurm/SchedMD)

- Shell scripting (Bash/Python)

- Linux, Networking, and NVIDIA AI Infrastructure and Operations Certifications
