## Description

As a Sales Representative at 3M, you will play a key role in leading sales growth and profitability in your assigned territory, managing direct relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

- Create and administer promotional plans to maximise Sell In and Sell Out, aligning 3M brand strategies with customer plans.

- Coordinate with different areas to execute commercial plans.

- Generate new opportunities in the market to maximise sales.

- Control and manage customer P&L to maximise profitability.

- Develop, control, and manage Joint Business Plans and KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Engineering.

- +3 years of experience managing wholesalers and distributors in Yucatan, Tabasco, Quintana Roo, and Chiapas.

- Intermediate-advanced English.

- Availability for travel.

- Driver's license.

Preferred skills:

- Commercial experience in FMCG companies.

- Negotiation, analysis, and computing skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

- Result-oriented, integrity, collaboration, and autonomy.
