## Description

Join Climate Action as a Senior Conference Producer to shape our sponsorship-driven events portfolio, delivering a commercially viable programme with a clear value proposition and tier-1, high-impact speakers that engage and attract global audiences.

As a key member of our team, you will own the creation and delivery of high-impact events, shaping content, agendas, and programmes that align with the climate agenda. These events aim to bring together decision-makers and policy experts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and managing the full production lifecycle of events aligned with the climate agenda

- Creating a compelling event value proposition to attract high-level speakers, sponsors, key partners, and the target audience

- Conducting in-depth research on market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry challenges, and translating this research into commercially attractive agendas

- Ensuring timely delivery of events, with accurate milestone tracking, that achieve set KPIs/goals

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in creating, managing, and delivering international B2B conferences funded by sponsorship and delegate or membership revenue streams; ideally in sustainability, climate change, energy, or agriculture.
