This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. The successful candidate will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols, assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly. They will maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers, and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
