Mejuri has reimagined fine jewelry as a personal choice rooted in self-expression. As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you play a pivotal role in driving store success by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and promote services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.

- Drive sales performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and storage organization.

- Support visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.

- Develop and engage with the sales team.

- Participate in onboarding and assessing employee performance.

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment.

- Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills.

- Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop action plans.

- Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
