## Description

Corporate Insights & Analytics (CIA) is the data and AI engine within KPN. You will be part of the AI for Corporate team within Group Business Services, a close-knit and entrepreneurial group of six AI specialists building AI solutions for HR & Finance.

As a Medior AI Engineer in our AI for Corporate team:

- You design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions that make internal processes in HR & Finance smarter, faster, and AI-Native.

- You work on concrete use-cases such as AI agents for HR/Finance, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models.

- You take independent ownership of features , from idea to production , with a focus on scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI services.

- You act as a bridge between tech and non-tech, dare to challenge, ask critical questions, and build strong domain connections and understanding.

- You combine your AI expertise with a production mindset and software engineering quality.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in AI or Computer Science

- 2-5 years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments (preferably within enterprise domains like CIA)

- Consultant mindset or aura: you work well with the business to design and build solutions

- Strong software engineering foundation with experience in production-grade Python

- Experience with Docker and container-based development

- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure

- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows

- NLP experience or pipelines is a plus

- Comfortable switching between tech and non-tech teams, challenging stakeholders, and building domain understanding
