## Description

We are seeking a Financial Guide to support clients in achieving their financial goals by empowering them to make informed decisions and navigate the complexities of financial planning.

**Accountabilities:**

- Assess clients' financial needs and goals through collecting information about their income, expenses, debts, savings, and investment goals.

- Provide relevant information to help clients achieve their goals, including guidance on budgeting, saving, debt management, investments, mortgages, and insurance coverage.

- Explain complex financial concepts, product features, and benefits in a clear and understandable way.

- Offer guidance on suitable banking products based on clients' individual needs and financial goals.

- Stay informed about new banking products, regulations, and market trends.

- Manage client relations to effectively guide them towards their financial goals.

- Review and adjust clients' financial plans as needed.

**Analyst Expectations:**

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard.

- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise.

- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development.

- Partner with other functions and business areas.

- Take responsibility for end results of a team's operational processing and activities.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience of working within financial services.

- Previous experience in a telephony-based customer service environment.

- Good relationship management skills with the ability to actively listen and engage with customers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to take ownership of complex situations and provide tailored solutions.

**Desired Skills:**

- Knowledge of unsecured lending and mortgages.

- Experience with savings and investment products.

- Good financial acumen.

This is a hybrid working role, covering a shift pattern between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday.
