## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Parc Llandudno, a busy store where customers come to recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador, providing five-star service, making great food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café runs smoothly, even during peak periods.

Your tasks will include:

- being digitally confident and using our tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- delivering quality under pressure and focusing on five-star service

- supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- adapting quickly and working flexibly where needed

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Hours of work:** Week 1: Sun: 10:00-16:00 Tue: 11:00-17:30 Fri: 10:30-17:00 Sat: 10:30-17:00

Week 2: Wed: 11:00-17:30 Thu: 10:45-17:15
