## Description

We are seeking a Database Administrator to maintain the IQVIA Canada databases by performing investigation, analysis, and maintenance of pharmaceutical data specifically sales bridges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and enhance the quality of highly-complex databases by analyzing and resolving potential market/database anomalies identified through accelerated product and outlier identification tools.

- Perform proactive analysis of key client pharmaceutical products.

- Analyze, bridge, and resolve products database exceptions for internal and external communications.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the IQVIA sales databases through input from internal and external sources.

- Respond to client requests and coordinate with other departments to address client needs, issue status, and resolution.

- Maintain and update database integrity of pharmaceutical data within the scope of the business.

- Receive and respond to Client Data Inquiries via remote client access.

- Utilize various IQVIA and Mainframe tools to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries.

- Work with various IQVIA internal departments to validate and/or correct database issues.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Basic knowledge in MS Access is an advantage.

- Ability to independently evaluate situations and make decisions based on fact.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, & problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational skills & goal-oriented.
