## Description

We are seeking an Alumni Relations Officer to lead strategic initiatives to strengthen relationships across the University's global alumni community.

The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging programs that build lasting connections with alumni and cultivate early engagement among current students.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver programs to engage alumni and current students

- Build lasting connections with alumni

- Cultivate early engagement among current students

- Drive tangible outcomes for HKUST across brand reputation, student career advancement, fundraising, and external outreach

Qualifications:

- Good honors degree

- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience

- Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and writing skills

- Demonstrated expertise in external relations and event management

- Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working under pressure

- Flexibility for occasional after-hours events and business travel outside Hong Kong

Duration: 2 years, renewable.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
