As a Supervisor, Pharmacovigilance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the safety monitoring and reporting of adverse events related to clinical trials and marketed products. You will contribute to ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance through effective management of pharmacovigilance activities, coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety reporting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise day-to-day pharmacovigilance safety reporting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and regulatory affairs, to optimise pharmacovigilance processes.

- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures for safety reporting.

- Manage safety submissions workflow and submission to regulatory authorities.

- Provide leadership and training to the pharmacovigilance team, ensuring adherence to best practices in safety reporting.

**Your Profile:**

- 8+ years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.

- Team management skills.

- Solid experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, with a focus on clinical trials or post-marketing surveillance.

- Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in safety reporting.
