## Description

We are seeking a General Sales Manager to lead our multi-site profit center across Northern Ohio. You will be accountable for day-to-day operations, performance, and team leadership.

**Areas of Responsibility:**

As a General Sales Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet or exceed operational objectives and sales targets

- Establish clear expectations, provide feedback, and recognize behaviors that reflect Red Bull standards

- Manage operating processes and expenses to deliver targeted profitability

- Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP teams to develop and execute programs

- Build a diverse team that reflects the marketplace and inspires team members through effective leadership

- Develop and evaluate profit center distribution plans, routes, and sales forecasts

- Evaluate market conditions, competitive threats, and local dynamics that may impact business metrics

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives

- Key account management experience on a district, regional, and national level

- Strong leadership skills to provide mentoring, training, or corrective feedback

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills

- Previous P&L experience and understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems

- English; additional languages an advantage
