## Job Overview

You will work as our Occupational Health & Safety Advisor at Graphcore's Gdańsk office, supporting local safety arrangements and providing administration for the global team.

Your role involves helping colleagues recognise risks, raise concerns, and take practical steps to prevent harm. You will bring Graphcore's global health and safety management system into daily practice in Gdańsk.

## Key Responsibilities

- Support risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations within your qualifications and competence.

- Coordinate training, administer Cardinus, and maintain accurate records.

- Arrange workstation follow-up across locations.

- Work with the Global H&S Manager, Workplace and People teams, and managers to turn findings into agreed actions.

- Support first-aid arrangements, evacuation exercises, and emergency communications with building management.

- Track compliance gaps and follow up on agreed actions, escalating issues promptly.

## Requirements

- Completed higher education in a BHP field or specialisation, or postgraduate BHP studies.

- Meet the requirements for the intended statutory appointment, including a one-person BHP service where applicable.

- Current BHP service training, including refresher training.

- Understanding of Polish health and safety legislation and its application within your role.

- Experience with workplace risk assessments and inspections.

- Organisation, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to solve practical problems, build relationships, and know when to seek guidance.

- Fluent in Polish and able to communicate clearly in written and spoken Polish and English.
