## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Ludlow, MA. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000-106,000 annually, plus a $15,000 welcome bonus.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients to identify areas of impairment and develop treatment plans to address these impairments

- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve function and mobility

- Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to improve function and mobility

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
