### What You'll Be Doing

- Manage field hardware quality for Synopsys HAV products

- Monitor field quality data metrics such as RMA rates, MTBF, and product reliability

- Own failure analysis of field returned hardware, maintaining SLA on FA, and ensuring accurate entry of FA information in the RMA database

- Analyze RMA, Failure Analysis, and Repair data to identify trends and raise quality excursions, collaborating with engineering teams to validate resolution plans

- Drive containment and mitigation plans for quality alerts, troubleshooting failures from system to PCBA/mechanical component level

- Conduct component-level troubleshooting and repair with supply chain partners, reviewing and approving failure analysis results, and maintaining design for reliability/service guides

- Publish external-facing Failure Analysis Reports and lead field hardware quality meetings with key stakeholders, including senior management and customer support teams

- Enhance and scale up FA testing and automation, deploy standardized processes at global suppliers, and manage component-level supplier FA as needed

### The Impact You Will Have
