## Description

As a Graduate Project Manager at ABM UK, you will play a central role in successfully planning, coordinating, and delivering key initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

- Project Planning & Delivery: Translating key projects into clear, visual project plans, utilizing Gantt charts to map out critical milestones, dependencies, and timelines.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as the bridge between project teams, proactively engaging with key stakeholders to ask the right questions and understand everything required to get it onto the master plan.

- Monitoring & Clash Planning: Continually reviewing overarching schedules to 'clash plan' across all projects, identifying and addressing any concerns over resource capacity, particularly during crucial roll-out stages.

- Tracking & Escalation: Maintaining a highly proactive approach to ensure all key milestones are met, acting quickly to escalate issues to management if any tasks or workstreams begin falling behind.

- Reporting & Communication: Preparing insightful materials and providing regular, engaging updates in operational meetings to keep everyone aligned on project progress, risks, and achievements.

Requirements:

- A recent graduate eager to learn, backed by excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Some practical experience (academic or professional) using project management software of any kind.

- Confident in collating information and designing clear, engaging presentations using PowerPoint or similar software.

- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately with minimal supervision.
