Join our dynamic team in Huntsville, Alabama as a Manufacturing Manager (K-Level) and be at the forefront of cutting-edge defense manufacturing!

We're seeking skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to help produce Boeing's Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) seeker,an integral part of the world's most advanced air defense system.

**Position Responsibilities:**

- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.

- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

- Leads defect reduction activities by teaming with other functional support groups.

- Leads Continuous Improvement teams in the area of responsibility.

- Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Employee performance and development.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

- 3+ years' experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

- 3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or informal role

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 1+ years' experience working with or supporting military and/or defense products

- Experience with LEAN methodologies

- Experience with building and developing teams

- Active US security clearance

- Previous Management experience

- Project Leadership experience

**Additional Information:**

- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

- An interim pre-start and final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.

- To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.

- Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
