## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. You'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth. Due to operational requirements, you may work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent service

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands

Benefits include:

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
