The Executive, Development, Engagement & Culture role supports the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote employee development and a positive organisational culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support Development Programs:

+ Assist in designing and executing employee development programs and initiatives.   + Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.   + Maintain and update the Training Masterlist, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.

- Culture Promotion:

+ Promote company values and culture through various communication channels.   + Organize and facilitate team-building activities and cultural events.   + Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

- Administrative Support:

+ Provide administrative support for development and culture-related activities.   + Ensure timely and effective helpdesk function to assist employees with their queries.   + Maintain accurate records and documentation related to development and culture programs.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:

+ Monitor and analyse metrics related to employee development and culture.   + Prepare reports and presentations for management based on data insights.   + Provide recommendations to improve development and culture initiatives.
