## Description

We are seeking a Manager, POS Procurement to join our team at Red Bull North America in Santa Monica, California.

The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement strategy and supplier management, product management and supply chain optimization, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to reduce costs and drive efficiencies

- Building category strategies, including data analysis and vendor rationalization

- Managing supplier relationships, including evaluations, feedback, and sourcing new suppliers

- Conducting root cause analysis for supplier performance issues and implementing corrective actions

- Providing reports to monitor spending, identify trends, and aid in supplier performance activities

- Managing the complete contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution

- Ensuring accurate product data, renderings, and installation instructions for temporary and semi-permanent POS displays

- Leading end-to-end sourcing from qualification and supplier briefing to executing tenders, negotiating prices, selecting suppliers, and managing commercial impacts

- Supporting sustainability and innovation through material selection, design optimization, and efficient pack-outs

- Collaborating with team members in Trade Marketing to align their creative vision with vendor design and capabilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in Procurement with proven experience designing, issuing, and managing the end-to-end RFP process, executing robust supplier relationship management, and leading negotiations

- Direct experience with temporary and semi-permanent POS materials, including technical structural design review, print production, cost drivers, and market installation

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Experience with systems such as SAP, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Ariba

Preferred qualifications:

- CPSM, CPM, and/or Six Sigma certification

- Experience writing service contracts, letters of understanding, and/or supply agreements

We offer a competitive salary range of $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k matching, family leave, PTO, and paid holiday schedule.
