## Description

The Lead Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end planning and inventory execution to ensure optimal in-stock, inventory health, and business performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own end-to-end planning and inventory execution across assigned categories/divisions

- Ensure accuracy, timelines, and compliance across all deliverables

- Monitor and manage key metrics such as Walk-in Purchasibility, Availability, OOS, and inventory health

- Leverage forecasts, promotions, and seasonal trends to drive inventory decisions

- Lead medium to high complexity process ownership and captainships

- Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and templates

- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

- Identify risks/opportunities and drive timely resolution through collaboration and escalation

- Partner with global and cross-functional teams to align on priorities

- Drive process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and best practices

- Support projects, deep dives, and strategic initiatives for the team through strong collaboration and partnerships

**Stakeholder Management:**

- Establish regular communication with MPLS and cross-functional partners

- Share business updates, challenges, and insights consistently to build a strong global team

- Build strong relationships and drive alignment across teams

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to interpret data and translate into business actions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail with strong execution rigor

**Preference:**

- 2+ years of experience in a related field

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations/Retail/Management, Business Administration, or related discipline

- Experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or retail operations

- Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and automation (Excel, basic SQL, Data Visualization)

- Understanding of demand planning and inventory management concepts
