## Description

We are seeking Hospitality Staff to join our team at Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium.

As a Hospitality Staff member, you will engage with fans and provide accurate information about Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium. You will provide a high level of customer service, problem-solve by effectively communicating with guests and manager, and have high energy when engaging fans and directing them to their proper hospitality areas.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging with fans and providing accurate information

- Providing high-quality customer service

- Problem-solving and effective communication

- Directing fans to hospitality areas

- Presenting a neat and tidy appearance

- Welcoming and acknowledging guests, scanning tickets, and applying wristbands/credentials

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age

- Be flexible and able to work unusual hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

- Commit to working at least 70% of our 2027 Sprint Season & 27/28 Regular Season Home Schedule & Stadium Events

- Endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work

The hourly rate for this position is $25/hour.
