## Description

We're looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager focused on our Enterprise segment to develop and execute end-to-end high impact campaigns. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving and nurturing quality leads through innovative and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

Own and scale key non-paid channels (email, webinars, and direct mail) with a focus on engaging enterprise accounts Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, ensuring alignment to business goals and sales priorities Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data to continuously improve pipeline generation and efficiency Develop and run intent and interest based programs in close partnership with Sales to engage, nurture, and progress high value accounts Partner with content marketing to activate compelling, targeted content that resonates with enterprise buyers Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated, cohesive demand generation efforts and strong alignment across the funnel

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign strategies Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams on pipeline generation initiatives Experience operating in high-growth or scaling startup environments
