## Description

Capital One is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Recruiting Team in Mexico City. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent for the organisation.

**Job Summary:** You will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to the Talent Acquisition teams, and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable Capital One to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers

- Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques

- Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

- Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent

- Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions

- Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing

- At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once

- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent

- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
