## Description

As a Recruiter at Coolblue, you will be responsible for filling various vacancies in the warehouse and office in Tilburg.

Your main tasks will include:

- Adapting job vacancy texts

- Screening candidates

- Conducting job interviews

- Making informed decisions about candidate rejection

- Extending job offers

You will work closely with logistics managers, colleagues in the warehouse and office, other recruiters, hiring managers, and HR.

You enjoy:

- Applying effective conversation techniques to match candidates with roles

- Making many phone calls and video calls

- Communicating with a diverse group of people

- Managing vacancies from start to finish

- Collaborating with stakeholders to determine the best candidates

Requirements:

- HBO level of education with an affinity for logistics roles

- Availability for 32-40 hours per week

- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter or extensive internship experience

- Excellent questioning skills

- Fluent in Dutch and English
