## Description

You will lead the Programmatic Customer Success team, reporting to the Head of Strategic Deployments & Success.

Key responsibilities:

- Define the customer journey and moments that matter for daily Claude usage

- Develop and own the programmatic CS strategy

- Design and implement digital success programs

- Build AI-powered engagement plays

- Establish metrics for programmatic success

- Run experimentation programs

- Hire and lead a small team

Minimum qualifications:

- Proven experience in programmatic, digital success, or PLG motions

- Track record of building scalable systems

- Strong cross-functional instincts

- Data-driven approach

- Experience managing teams

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in digital/PLG, partner ecosystems, lifecycle marketing, or scaled CS

- Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered workflows

- Background in a fast-growing tech company

- Experience with tiered coverage models

The annual compensation range for this role is $365,000-$435,000 USD.
