## Description

We're on a mission to Make Life Easy, and nothing makes life harder than losing money to a fraudster. As a Fraud Operations Analyst at bunq, you'll take ownership of complex fraud cases that automation can't settle on its own. You'll use your in-depth investigation and problem-solving skills to protect our users from suspicious activity.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate ambiguous fraud cases where the signals aren't clear-cut, weighing behavioral and contextual clues to tell a genuine user from a fraudster

- Choose whether to act, ask, or escalate: fast, accurate calls that protect user's money

- Feed what you learn back into our fraud tooling, so automation catches more and fewer edge cases reach the queue over time

- Bring empathy and effective communication into every interaction to provide the best support possible

Requirements:

- Knowledge of fraud monitoring and prevention

- Close attention to detail: noticing subtle behavioral and contextual clues

- Thinking from the user's perspective first, having empathy, and understanding how to protect their interests

- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, and spotting when an AI-based tool is being used against us

- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
