We are looking for team members to join our Seasonal team, providing specialised support in various areas, including:

- Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: Providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising presentations.

- Seasonal Service & Engagement: Focusing on guest interaction and recovery to exceed service expectations.

- Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

As a team member, you will gain experiences that help you build and develop skills for a career, including:

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture.

- Experience in retail business fundamentals, such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

We are looking for individuals who:

- Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment.

- Are passionate about providing excellent service to guests.

- Are comfortable stocking, setting, and selling Target products.

- Are flexible and able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional requirements include:

- Accurately handling cash register operations.

- Climbing up and down ladders.

- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.

- Flexible work schedule and regular attendance.
