## FBS - Sr UX Designer (Focus on B2B)

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team at Capgemini, working with one of the United States' largest insurers. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creation of effective, user-centered experiences that improve the usability, clarity, and performance of complex systems, platforms, and workflows.

### Role Description

- Lead user research activities, including contextual interviews, usability testing, surveys, data analysis, and competitive evaluations.

- Analyze research findings to inform design direction, define user needs, and validate design decisions.

- Develop complex design concepts and high-fidelity deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.

- Anticipate and address dependencies, risks, and edge cases across workstreams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements, priorities, and solutions.

- Support the evolution and maintenance of design systems to promote consistency and scalability.

- Evaluate and refine designs through user testing, performance data, and iteration post-launch.

- Contribute to UX strategy and process improvements across SET initiatives.

- Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to team development and best practices.

### Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of UX design principles, interaction design, design systems, and user-centered research methods.

- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous problem spaces.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, as well as research and analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with agile design and development methodologies.

- Proven experience in B2B, enterprise software, or SaaS environments.

- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
