## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Logistics Manager to build, lead, and implement the logistics function at their hyperscale manufacturing facility in Ashville, Ohio.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management in support of Arsenal-1's ramp to full-rate production. The successful candidate will act as the on-site owner of Air Dominance & Strike logistics and transportation functions, ensuring the inbound and outbound logistics network is agile, resilient, and cost-effective.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading logistics operations related to Air Dominance and Strike products

- Serving as the primary Business Line point of contact for site transportation and logistics strategy

- Partnering with global logistics leadership to align Business Line execution with enterprise strategy and objectives

- Coordinating with AD&S manufacturing, supply chain, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure material flow supports production

- Defining program-specific transportation requirements and executing carrier strategy

- Designing and optimizing inbound, intra-company, and outbound distribution flows

- Leading site logistics sourcing and procurement efforts

- Establishing and tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Coordinating with the inventory management organization to establish and maintain processes and systems

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, and proven ability to build and scale logistics operations.
