## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Lead / Clinical Research Manager to join their team in The Netherlands.

The successful candidate will oversee site interactions post-activation through site closeout, including patient recruitment, investigator payments, and other related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing study scope of work, budget, and protocol content to ensure clinical project team awareness of contractual obligations and parameters

- Identifying risks to clinical trial management deliverables using prior clinical experience, operational data, metrics, and reports

- Escalating risks to project manager and proposing risk mitigations

- Collaborating with functional leaders to coordinate delivery handoffs and meet study milestones

- Developing and maintaining clinical study tools and templates, including Clinical Monitoring Plans

- Coordinating training for study teams and ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs, and regulations

- Overseeing CRAs and Central Monitors, assessing study-specific process and training compliance

- Providing feedback to line managers on staff performance

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience

- Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring

- Experience with risk-based monitoring and General Medicines

- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in Dutch

- Ability to apply problem-solving techniques and risk management approaches
