## Description

This role involves working independently in field sales, promoting the Red Bull brand to customers in retail, petrol stations, and gaming arcades. As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for presenting the Red Bull brand in outlets, managing customer relationships, and increasing distribution at points of sale.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement national key account agreements using the Perfect Store concept

- Ensure sufficient energy supply and distribution at all points of sale

- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones

- Support field sales managers with agreed promotional activities and negotiations

**Requirements:**

- Completed vocational training

- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking

- Basic knowledge of commercial topics

- Experience in the German FMCG landscape is beneficial but not required

- Valid class B driver's license

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
