## Description

We are seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator to join our team at Bupa Freelands Croft Care Home in Fleet. As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents by planning and leading various events and activities.

You will help us make health happen by:

- Running morning and afternoon activity sessions

- Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working within a set activities budget

- Organising birthday surprises for our residents

- Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home

- Organising one-to-one sessions with our residents, which might involve reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or just a cup of tea and a chat

- Supporting the home with their social media channels as required

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork, and have a passion for caring for others.

**What We Offer**

- Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour depending on experience

- Permanent contract - 5 working days of 5.5 hours
