## Description

Prudential Health India is seeking a Head – Business Development to lead the growth agenda by formulating and executing business development strategies, building partnerships, and expanding market presence.

The role involves developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, conducting market mapping and competition benchmarking, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, leading commercial negotiations, and coordinating with Go-to-Market and Farming teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in GI/HI bancassurance business development with a proven track record in terms of conversions, premium, and market share achieved. They should possess strong relationship management skills, experience in commercial negotiations, and a proven track record of building scalable teams and mentoring high-potential talent.
