## Description

WSP's Transmission department is at the heart of the ongoing energy transition, driving projects and ensuring high technical quality and feasibility. As a Project Leader, you will work on projects involving overhead lines at regional and transmission network levels, often multidisciplinary and collaborating with various WSP business areas.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, follow up economically, drive progress, and manage our assignments.

- Be a key person in projects, both in collaboration with customers and in daily work with colleagues.

- Influence throughout the project lifecycle, from bidding phase to project closure.

Requirements:

- Academic education, preferably a university or civil engineering degree in a relevant field.

- Experience working in infrastructure projects or similar roles.

- Good references from previous leadership roles.

- Documented experience and strong interest in design and construction activities.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with project management or assignment management of overhead lines within voltage levels 130–400 kV.

- Roles as consultant, customer, or contractor within main and regional network lines.

- Quantity calculations according to AMA or á-price.

- Occupational health and safety work, such as BAS-P or HMSK responsibilities.
