## Description

Soho House & Co. is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join their team in Barcelona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent first impression and a warm greeting to members and guests as they arrive at the hotel. They will be expected to showcase the company's values of Collaboration, Simplicity, Kindness, and Passion.

Main duties include:

- Welcoming members and guests in a warm and friendly manner

- Answering high volumes of calls for the hotel, restaurant, and general enquiries

- Being well-versed in standard operating procedures, menus, amenities, and pricing

- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment

- Managing guest lists and bookings

- Supporting and directing guests to resolve any concerns

- Building positive relationships with members and guests

- Communicating and red-flagging any feedback to the management team

Requirements include:

- Up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue

- A natural flair for first-class service

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
