## Description

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients by ensuring your team meets Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other company solution registration targets.

Responsibilities:

- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to commercial representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Manage operations: create and optimise team schedules to ensure maximum coverage during events, and oversee the setup and teardown of brand activation booths.

- Support performance: monitor individual and collective sales targets, adjust strategies, and generate regular performance reports for management.

- Lead by example: offer practical support during events, resolve issues, and actively sell Neo products to meet revenue goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in achieving or exceeding targets in a sales role.

- Leadership experience, preferably in sales.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate event schedules.
